✨What to Expect on Grooming Day

🚐 Arrival & Check-In

We’ll arrive during your scheduled arrival window and send you a quick message when we’re on our way.
Your groomer will come right to your door to greet you and your pet, confirm the requested services, and briefly discuss your pet’s coat condition and temperament.

🐾Safe & Gentle Pet Transfer

Your groomer will handle your pet with care from start to finish. For medium and large dogs, we’ll bring a safety lead to escort them comfortably to the grooming van. Small dogs are carried securely in our arms for a calm transition.

For cats, please have them ready in a sturdy, well-ventilated carrier before the appointment. This ensures their safety and helps us move them smoothly and safely to and from the mobile salon.

🛁 The Spa Treatment

Our fully equipped mobile salon has everything needed for a professional, one-on-one spa experience.

Your pet will receive gentle, individualized care including:

• Deep cleansing luxury bath & coat-specific conditioner

• Blueberry Facial for Dogs

• Hand-fluff drying (no cage dryers ever)

• Brush Out

• Deshedding if Needed

• Haircut or style as requested

• Nail trim & paw care

• Ear cleaning

• Teeth Brushing & Fresh Breath spray for Dogs

Appointments typically take 1–2.5 hours, depending on your pet’s size, coat, and service.

🎀 Finishing Touches

Once your pet is looking and feeling their best, we’ll complete their groom with a light finishing spritz and a seasonal or themed accessory such as a bandana or bow (for dogs only).
Your groomer will then return your freshly pampered pet to your door for a happy reunion and finalize payment at that time.

🏡 How to Prepare for a Successful Appointment

A little preparation makes grooming day smoother for everyone!
Here’s how you can help your pet feel relaxed and ready for their spa session.

✅ Before Your Appointment

• Potty Break: Please ensure your pet has a chance to relieve themselves immediately before the appointment. A comfortable pet makes for a smooth groom!

• Feeding: We recommend feeding your pet at least 2 hours before their appointment to prevent any tummy troubles during the groom.

• Matted Coats: If your pet has significant matting, please inform us when booking. Severe matting is painful and may require a shorter "comfort trim." We prioritize your pet's well-being over a specific style.

🚐 At-Home Setup

• Parking Space: Please have a safe, legal spot available near your home — a flat driveway or nearby curb works best. We require a relatively level parking spot.

• Accessibility: Clear walkways so we can safely bring your pet in and out.

• For your Pet: Have your pet ready and easily accessible. Have your cat in a carrier to ensure a smooth transition.

🎉 After the Groom

• Your pet might feel extra playful or sleepy afterward — both are perfectly normal after a spa day!

• Scheduling Regular grooming every 4–6 weeks keeps your pet’s coat healthy, skin happy, and style perfect.

🚫 Important: Our Cancellation Policy

Because we reserve the time for you specifically, and because you are grouped in a route, if you need to cancel/reschedule we require a 48 hours notice without a cancellation fee. This will allow enough time for us to find a replacement pet for your appointment time.

• 48-Hour Notice: Required to cancel or reschedule without a fee.

• Late Cancellations (<48 Hours): $50 fee applies.

• Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Charged 100% of the service fee.

If we arrive and do not receive an answer after 15 minutes, the visit will be marked as a no-show.
